Was march 2019 after the Lorne RTE. I don't think it's there now. I stopped here after Smythedale and Tassie later that year and it wasn't there.

Looks like an inflatable thingy. Despite the four tie-downs (that I can see) and given some of the winds coming from the west in that area, the next time you see it, it may be in Bendigo.
