Helmet Sticker
« on: April 11, 2024, 09:51:12 PM »

Not the sticker I removed but you get the idea... :wink1

When I bought my Shoei Neotec helmet a few years back I couldn't wait to rip the ECE 22.05 compliance sticker off my helmet as I reckon it spoilt the look...(yeah, I blame my ocd...  :whistle)
Am I the only one that has done this or have you refrained from doing it, worried Mr Plod might pull you up for a non-compliant helmet?

Just curious...  :popcorn

My understanding was that it was a legal requirement to leave the sticker attached and so I have.

Hi Mark, it's actually not a legal requirement but like you, many believe it is...even coppers!  :cop
The only requirement is that your helmet has the relevant compliance label/s or sticker/s on the inside of the helmet...
