Hi guys and gals . I would like to introduce myself to the OZSTOC family. My name is Nigel and I am from Geelong Victoria. I recently purchased a red 2003 ST1300 with 90,000 km and full service history. Its a great bike and I am so impressed with its comfort and handling. I am looking forward to meeting other ST owners and participating in some rides and RTE's. Cheers for now See you on the road :13Candy

G'day Nigel and welcome 2 the fray from another owner of a red 2003 1300. Mine quickly outed himself as a benevolent dragon named "Wyvern" and if u happen 2 view 1 of my videos u'll notice the reflection of Wyvern's eyes on his screen coz he's always watching that I ride with the wisdom that will keep me safe and sound.
You'll have fun trawling the site for hints, tips and opinions about all things STeed and lots of friendly banter as well. U have many ST enthusiasts in your part of Oz.
Post up a ride report ASAP as they r always a good read - even if it's just 2 work and back. :hatwave

Welcome to the fray.
There's a few ST owners in Victoria who are probably emerging from hibernation around this time, so there's a good chance of a ride in warm rain rather than freezing sleet. |-i

Gday Nigel from a fellow Gtown rider. I have a '94 ST1100 in blue and try and get out for local rides through the back blocks of Barrabool, Anakie and Steiglitz when opportunites arise. Check out the RTE forum, a few of us are riding to Martians cafe in Deans Marsh on Dec 12, would be a good chance to meet up. I know a couple of other ST1100 riders around town, one of whom frequents this forum also.
I might be heading to a local car-park this Sunday morning for a bit of skills practice ..let me know if you're interested.
