Its possible to print in metal these days, but the machines are pretty expensive. There are some places over east that do 3d Printing, give them a call and see what the cost would be.
A tray of them would probably cost as much as one

You have a 3D Metal printer????

I have a 3D printer, but only ABS and PLA, so not really suitable for the end use. Now, I'm sure I could convert it to chocolate, but that would be no better. It would be fun though.

No just a standard one that does all types of plastic and a wooden one as well.
I am wanting to set bot a Laser unit and a 5 axis CNC router as well.
I have software that can turn a bunch of pictures into a 3D model.
i.e Take a min of 12 pictures around ,,,,,say your ride and then using
the free software "123D Catch.exe" you can create your 3D image and then
maybe a model from a 3D printer.
just sayin.
Tipsy & Turvy.
would love a metal one but..............
