 :blu13left hi to all.had my new st1100 for a whole week now. This is a great bike.smooth and comfortable,did I mention smooth.The weight is a little bit more than I'm used to but it melts away when you move off.My wife hasn't been on the back of the suzuki for over a year now because of a back injury it's a gsx750f.Well she found the st1100 so much more comfortable and can now join me on rides like we used to .This is a great bonus,thanks st1100.Dont get me wrong i like riding by myself too but being able to share that experience with my loved one again is a hoot! My or our bike is a 1999 st1100 abs tc and I've already had it apart and resprayed bits and pieces (dropped of its stand) not by me but previous owner.Done a mere 58,000 ks so am expecting quite a few more! Did I mention it was smooth,and the luggage space ,a tardis time warp .great forum you have here ,hope to meet you all ,or most of you in the future.thanks to alans1100.

Hi, so you understood the e-mail directions ok and welcome aboard.

For some reason your pic posted up side down must be one of those up over models.

Welcome from sunny Meringandan.  I'm sure you will enjoy the forum, and can come to one of our RTEs (ride to eat) where you can meet members in person.  If you have any questions about the bike, there are quite a few knowledgeable people on line.

Hi john and welcome aboard. I myself have been absent for quite some time due to a back injury but I am back in the saddle once more. You will find great information here and a great bunch of people who will help u along to way. Hope to catch up with you one day.
