Comprehensive.
Don't like the look of this suggestion:

Enhancing penalties for low range speeding to ensure that
repeat offenders can be ultimately managed through
accrual of demerit points

Basically- increase the number of points for small speed infringements to get you off the road sooner!     :-(((

"Enhancing penalties" indeed!!

The Cops were out on the backroads in SE QLD this arvo.  Saw two presenting awards, one to bikers.
