A single LED in a small reflector might be OK as a DRL or close-in "fill" light, but it won't do what a 7 LED 100-120 mm light will do, regardless of its wattage.
900 lumens is not a lot in the scheme of LED driving lights.

I use 2 x 10w single LED Vixion X lights off my forks to add another beam of light which tracts with the wheel and fills in gaps between high beam and the main 30w lights under the mirrors. Very effective. At $50 they would be worth trialing :thumb

My 6 LED lights weren't much dearer including a wiring harness at $90? delivered from memory.
The light output was brilliant.
Me3 has the 12 LED versions.
Sean could verify the price and performance.

I have some ideas for you at similar money......
But how many amps can you afford to throw at lights and where are your mounting options ?? Could you go a single LED light bar ??
