The whole logic used in Victorian road rules is somewhat vague. Everyone is so busy looking at their speedo In case they get fined for going a couple of k's over the posted limit it no wonder there are so many accidents, no one is looking where they are going. It is "worrying" that the police can make policy of what can be enforced, I thought that was the job of parliament, When the powers that be use road safety as a money making device it makes you wonder what the hell is going on

I can ignore the above because we are away with a camper for 2 months from Wed. next. Then it will still be winter when we get back so I will probably not riding Ruby till spring and it will all be changed by then. They will have moved on to the next issue.
