I am looking to purchase a ST1300 ABS. Must be in good to mint condition with RWC in Victoria. KM max 80,000.

John, check out bikesales. there are three for sale in Victoria, all private sales and all under the 80k limit.

but they all have good extras fitted, and each has a top box and a RWC.

The last round of changes was with the 2008 version, so anything from that year onwards would be a good choice.
