I recently purchased a nice aftermarket Microphone Cover for my Sena.
It doesn't cost much and works brilliantly for cutting out the wind noise |-i

I purchased it from eBay for AU $2.62 (Link below)

Strewth!
Looks like a Beatles hairdo!
Dale McLean told me the mike cover was more for stopping breath condensation from entering the mic, rather than stopping wind noise.
But I'd like to try that, since the wind noise from my pillion's mic is really loud.

Mic socks ARE for reducing wind noise AND physical barrier for protection.
PROPER mic covers reduce or stop wind, ordinary foam usually makes more noise.

So is that miniature British Royal Guard bearskin hat "PROPER"?

:blu13 I now have the same one as Shiney and it works quite well on my Drift camera mic. Although the mic on my $48.00 BT S2 works exceptionally well :like :blu13left
