Any one on here ever owned a 1991 Honda CBR1000F.
Just bought one LOL, and was wondering if there was anything i should look out for?
Honda reliability is what tempted me and the fact that i need a ride while i'm in NSW next week.
Planning on doing close to 2000km over a 2 week period, is there thing i should look out for?
Any idea what the most common, useful tools i might need?

Don't know the bike at all. Check the forums? Google "Honda CBR1000F problems".
Try taking a couple of panels off and see what tools you use. Add a plug spanner, #2 phillips driver and a medium shifter, some assorted cable ties and a decent roll of duct tape, spare headlight bulb and you should be sweet.

Thx Biggles, im picking the Bike up when i land in Brisbane on Wednesday afternoon.
Was checking if someone may have owned one on here and and knew if there was and "Specialized Tool" that might pay to take with me.
I will have the usual 2 x each screwdriver, 4 or 5 spanners, pliers, wire, tape, and a medium shifter as well as my Puncher repair kit and cable ties (And a roll of toilet paper )

Might be worth taking a set of Allen Keys along as well (I don't know if that bike has anything that will require them but it can't hurt to have along just in case)

My thoughts as well. All packed. Just waiting on the plane now.
