Trump has demanded that the Mexicans build the wall, at a cost of 20 Billion dollars!
As expected, the Mexican government gave him a very short reply in the negative. :nahnah :butt

Now they're talking about a 20% tariff on Mexican goods. That will just make American goods more expensive and reduce employment in Mexico. Reduced employment in Mexico will lower demand for American exports to Mexico, because there won't be as much money in Mexico.
American cars made in USA are dearer than cars made in Mexico. 70% of the parts for cars made in Mexico, come from the USA. Is bizarro eonomics.

Is the wall to keep the Mexicans out or disgruntled yanks from leaving? I did hear that someone jokingly suggested Canada build a wall along their border as well to keep US refugees out.
I wonder if Trump will last longer than one 4 year term.

I can't even see Trump being in power for 4 years, he has less than 50% approval rating and will need hefty security.
