Just Purchased a 2008 Honda ST1300 ABS from member Richard "Yewie" Bushell on Saturday.
Drove from Cootamundra NSW,met up around 2.00pm with Richard and loaded the Motorcycle onto my trailer to head back to Cootamundra.
I must say a big thank you to Richard for the courtesy shown in guiding us part way from Castle Hill.
Thank you Richard.
Arrived back in Cootamundra around 9.00pm and unloaded the motorcycle.
Decided I was to tired to take the Honda for a ride.
Sunday morning around 11.00am went for an hours ride.
What a magnificent motorcycle the ST1300 is, absolutely enjoyed every minute of the ride.
I could have ridden all day its just one of those machines.
I had purchased an ST1100 a few months back but when Richards motorcycle became available I thought to myself give it a go, after the ride I must say I am glad I made the decision.
My wife and I plan on doing a few trips.
Thank you again Richard.

Welcome Chummy, a red 2008 ST1300 a great buy.
Just a warning when you wake up on the 20th October and you aren't on your way to the OzSTOC annual rally you may find your bike has left without you as it has been to so many in previous years.
If you haven't caught up on the rally details these posts will fill you in:-

Welcome aboard Chummy !
I can't recommend rolling up to the national rally strongly enough.
It was my first event attended with the club many years ago in S.A
My advice is : be wary of Sicman...he has a tendency to corrupt one's moral fibre :nahnah :crackup

Great to see you appreciate the fine qualities of the mighty ST.
I love they way they just purr along kay after kay.
See you in Wooli. Half a day's run for you with one fuel stop on an ST. Go inland for your sanity's sake.
