They commenced at 12.30 3 days ago. Current spot puts them at Denham WA of Monkey Mia/Shark Bay fame at 22.15 today.
Rest stops : around 6 and a half hours Port Augusta, and a bit over 5 hours at Norseman

Reached Coober Pedy around 40 minutes ago, refuelled, and left the servo just before 4am.
Appear to be taking a break, having been on the go for 24 hours

Still cannot upload any images to Photobucket. Been unresponsive for more than 4 hours. I think they musta broke a rubber band.

Confirmed on FB, having a kip at Coober Pedy.

"my digs for a few hours. Frans stayed at Marla. Due to wind and a tank issue I will just have to be happy with this 2000klm in 24 hours....and the ride continues. Will meet Frans in the morning at Glendambo."

Brian has had an aux tank malfunction which was fixed with cable ties!

And Frans has copped a roo strike.

Frans OK, bike cosmetically damaged. Duct tape to the rescue. I'll try and find a pic.

They caught up with their 3rd companion Rob McPherson at Glendambo, whom is doing the same route - but left a little earlier than these 2.

Port Augusta signalled the successful completion of a "Centreline 36 (http://www.ironbutt.com/themerides/centreline/)" certified ride for the three.

I have a short moment of internet time just past the black stump.  Two days ago I met a chap at Fitzroy Crossing who was going a "lap" on a BMW GS1200. He met these IBA riders at Karratha a few days before.
