Been trundling around the markets this morning ... Got some saddle bags for $22 so happy camper ... Now just relaxing with a beer .... Victims ..  uhum I mean fellow travelers arrive tonight ...

Are you going to have a base to operate from?? It would be handynot to have to cart everything you need back and forth..

A bus and maintenance truck follow most of the way, at the end of the day the bikes are handed over and collected next morning

I meant from Oz Yorkie, it makes life a bit easier if you dont have to cart your helmet and other gear back and forth. Thats why I have a house in Thailand.

Sorry that I have not been able to update more frequently, but Telstra connection is currently as reliable as a rubber band powered wristwatch.
Even tho they deny there is any problem, it takes up to 4 minutes to refresh a web page.

So I am back in Delhi now and handed off to the next tour ... Been out shopping for bike bits today ... That was an adventure in itself ...
Have some awesome pics and some pretty hairy footage of Sarch Pass ... We had rain the whole time going through that and then snow while navigating Baralaja Pass ... That was fun when the bike gave up on me and had to push for about 45 minutes until bus caught up. Coil had died ...

I was on the Bullet .... The Himalayan actually went ok except the rider should stick to either nice wide, tar, level roads or maybe remote control vehicles .........

Certainly possible ... There is a support bus so if pillion doesn't want to ride for a while or through water crossings they can jump in ... Had 2 pillions last year and current group now has a couple ... I had to ride 2 up for a few days as Naim got sick and had to go home ....
