Hello, My name is Mark. I live in Faulconbridge, Blue Mountains. I bought my 1997 ST 1100 mid last year. It now has 97,000km's. I researched sports tourers and heard so many good reports about the ST. I love the bike. I have owned only sports bike before, my last being the one bike I always wanted, a Green Meany ZX9R. Now 52 old wanted something more upright and comfortable to ride decent distances.

You've found the ideal bike for a person in your situation- one that is comfortable, but still has ample power and can take you through the Blue Mountains twisties with ease.
Welcome to the forum.  Our very first National Rally was at Blackheath a few years back.

G'day mate i just bought my own st1100 recently and the information in this site is excellent as are the members who have contacted me. I haven't met anyone in person yet but looking forward to it!
