Time to find another program.

"WE NOTICED THAT YOU HAVE BEEN USING
PHOTOBUCKET FOR 3RD PARTY HOSTING
Our Terms of Service does not allow 3rd party hosting with your current account level

Photobucket defines 3rd party hosting as the action of embedding an image or photo onto another website. For example, using the <img> tag to embed or display a JPEG image from your Photobucket account on another website such as a forum, Etsy, eBay auction listings, a blog, etc. is definitively 3rd party hosting.

Photobucket has restricted the ability to view your photos on 3rd party sites"

As discussed extensively elsewhere, AU$3.00 per month gets you hosting and 500mb storage.
That's enough space for the size pix I post, usually around 200kb.
I can understand Photobucket's problem.  They're buying huge amounts of storage hoping to pay for it with ad clicks.  As more and more people upload video files etc, it becomes untenable.  Chomping away at the revenue end is the number of sites depending on advertising dollars.  The advertising dollars are getting too thinly spread.  We'll see more of this problem before long.  Once again, "User Pays" will become the norm.  The "free internet" will become more expensive.
