Funeral directors use two rows of screws on the coffin lids of deceased cancer victims, just to stop the oncologists from trying one more round of chemo.
(If you are offended by this, I'll remove it, but as one with cancer, I find it pretty funny)

I don't get it, but that is probably because I don't know the intricacies of oncology or chemotherapy.
