Just behave yourself- there's no real satisfaction in scaring pillions with your derring-do. I'd much rather they look forward to another ride than have them leap off kissing the ground and cursing your riding.

With little to no nutritional value i would suggest it's the moisture content in lettuce that helps keep the sex crazed critters hydrated. Humans just pop a viagra :p
