Your plans are flawed, you and all others should be visiting the York Motor Museum as a prelude to the Motorcycle month of April
-
April will be spent in

;
Thailand, with the Dawn Service at Hell Fire Pass

Nothing more than we usually do.
Tammie comes over every morning for a few hours and we have the rest of the day to our selves. I need to replace a switch on her e-bike's throttle (under warranty) but I haven't been able to remove the hand grip yet. Hopefully it'll get done tomorrow.
Try and finishing the jumper I'm making for Heather, annoy the dogs, Heather and Tammie.

Sitting at Stansbury caravan park and going to the local Australia Day breakfast. The day will be spent spent reminiscing over a few beers with old friends

Fixed Tammies Bike - couldn't get the grip by hand and had to get more leverage. We have a jar opener (similar to picture (works on the oil filter to)) that finally did it with a little Singer machine oil added once the grip moved a little. New throttle in place but couldn't put the wiring in the tube like the old one and had run it underneath the frame next to the gear cable. Secured with a zip tie. All works - Tammie happy.
I took the ST over to Tammies and it's now in her garage awaiting the plastic removal. Managed a five point turn in the garage so I can ride it out after the work is completed.
For the 1st time in over 7 years we exceeded our meagre 100GB broadband allowance - try running two PCs on 256kbps/256kbps so I had to configure our back up 4G broadband. Heather has a shared 9GB on her phone and a tablet so for a couple days that's on her PC and I still had some data left on the USB modem that I used in Kimba and my PC is on that. All back to normal on the 28th when the month starts off again.

Didn't move past the door. Had a shower and then spent most of the day in bed.
No visitors. Highlight of the day? .. check email and feed the cats. Didn't cook, didn't eat.
Such is life. Another non-day.

I didn't leave the house either.

Spent the entire weekend from Thursday in Canberra visiting the Daughter. Unfortunately due to the temperature and rain the management decreed going in the ute instead of on the 1100 :'( but good news on returning three new born calves and 23 mm in the rain gauge :thumbs

23 mm in the rain gauge
Instead of the rain gauge , you should have let it go into the dams or paddock....
HAT Coat, exit stage right....

Hope you got the stuck screw out of the reservoir.
Buying sockets singly is expensive. And if you think that's expensive, and want to buy a 6 face socket to protect nuts from being damaged by 12 point sockets, try buying one of those from a specialist auto shop. Especially the ones designed for rattle guns. They're black and hard and $$.

Well as a matter of I did. But there is a downside to rain, it means in a few days I will have to get the mower out and mow the house "lawns" ;-*

I think our rain gauges are full...over 300mm since Friday. Darwin River Dam is at capacity.
I spent the weekend trying to stay dry, did a better job than one of my workmates who's car was washed off the road by floodwaters.....
