Team I'm looking for a good frame for my 2003 ST1300 that I can use to restore my written off ST1300 which is still in great nick but insurance company decided otherwise!

Repairable write off is fine

I very much doubt that such a thing exists, STs just dont die .

You might just have to buy the cheapest ST13 you can find and sell off the parts you don't need (or store them until you do need them).  Have you looked on the wreckers' websites?
