Yesterday I did a ride on the Can Am Spyder with 5 mates to the Dugandan Hotel
I met up with 4 mates at Drayton, we rode down torwards Warwick then over Cunninghams Gap to Aratula where we met up
with another mate coming from Brisbane. We had coffee at the Bakery, after a catch up we rode over through Boonah to the Dugandan Hotel where we had lunch, while there a helicopter landed in the paddock out the back and 3 people came in for lunch
There would have been 20 bikes there so very busy but the pub is big enough to all spread out
While having lunch someone suggested we should ride over to Rathdowney for coffee
On the way back we rode past Moogerah Dam after refueling at Aratula (i didn't refuel as I was going to see how far I can go on a tank of fuel on the Spyder). We headed back over Cunningham Gap towards Warwick then onto Toowoomba
Just before I got home the fuel light came on 375 km all up so I now know it is good for approx 400km ( now I know)
The Can Am Spyder holds 27 litres of fuel so it is not as good on fuel as the ST1300
Great day had by all and a chance to go for a decent ride, not a FarRide but I was happy with a day with my mates

I'm enjoying the Spider because it gets me back on a bike 2 or 3 wheels but I would much prefer going for a ride on the ST1300 but the Doc said NO :cuss
So I have got to do what I am told
