September was a sh*t month for me due to a variety of personal, medical and family reasons.
Today was the first time on a bike for a month, with a great ride to work.
Pity that ended then.
Coming home, still in Murray Bridge had an erratic driver in front suddenly stopping at intersections. Made allowance, but she did it again, I went left to avoid going into her back, then she went left as well.
End result, my newer bike (2008 ST1300 ex Stinky Pete) has reasonably minor damage considering, the car a few $K. Stayed upright, but then she was parked on my right foot and I couldn't move! Was able to ride home once settled. Will have to see what insurance company says though about damage & repairs. Had camera running, should have it to help, as well as a witness on my side. Take care, won't be buying a lottery ticket, used my luck again (same as hitting the room in June 2019)
Will post camera footage when I can.

I hope you are ok and there are no long term injuries. Some people should never have licences.

Man that is horrible news >:()
Hopefully you'll have a speedy recovery (having a car parked on your foot sounds very painful :'()
Having a witness and footage should help with getting the insurance to repair the bike and get you back on the road :thumbsup
All the best mate

Gees mate. Hope it isn't too serious.
As a kid, I had a bus run over my foot, from a dare.

Been taking the grandson out to complete his auto 120hrs learner's training. Have told him on every lesson that just because people have licences doesn't mean they can drive. He is now picking up most of the errors of other motorists. He is developing a sense of caution when driving, something we all do, especially as motorcyclists. Bad luck about the collision, but good riding to keep the STeed upright and ride home. Hope all works out for you.
Cheers,
