Welcome to the asylum Chris.
Asking for protection won't work. Just roll with the punches, they're pretty harmless >:()

Hi Chris and welcome. We will soon have enough members in the New England area for our own RTE. I have 94 1100 too, so would like to meet one day and compare.

You poor bugger! My Missus comes from Tingha and I thought that was a cold hole until she told me the legends about Guyra temperatures.
I deduce you were born there and one foot is frozen to the spot. Apart from potatoes and sheep and a few blue people, nothing else survives there! :crazy

Welcome to the zoo Chris.

Good to have you aboard Chris. You'll enjoy your time with us.

Welcome Chris. People aren't always this frivolous. Oh sorry. Yes they are. Nah. Sometimes you'll actually read some things that are helpful.
Mate your welcome to Guyra. Passed through there last year on the STeed. 8 degrees at midday, in the rain. Consequently we didn't stop.
Cheers mate.
Skip.

Welcome:
As a gentle gesture , your first smiting will be with a soft stick, then on its the regular one..
:grin :grin :rofl

Cheers for the welcome guys, yeah amazing the amount of people that know about our cool weather......great summers though, but if it cracks 25 degrees the locals are dropping dead in the main st......not a local yet only been here 17 years.
Here's some Guyra trivia for you......less than 2 days a year over 30 degrees......1330 mtrs above sea level.....the wool and spud industry have been surpassed by Tomatoes.......20 hectares under glass......10 mm of rain on the glass house roof produces 2 million liters of run off..... Just on 300 employees.
Cheers

With that kind of erudition you're going to be a hit in this forum, mate!
I'm guessing you go into Armidale for bike stuff. You'll probably appreciate all the leads you find in here for internet shopping. Some even buy their tyres (oops, tires) from USA, then fit them just using their teeth and fingernails. True! :thumbs
-
Used to get a great deal from a parts and accessories at the Honda joint in Armidale big range of riding gear......sad to say not on servicing......they can't tell one end of a road bike from the other, great on quads and chook chasers.......got mate in Inverell, a ex kwaka trainned road bike mechanic to do the hard stuff......works for beer, tyres I get from your part of the world in Brissy......170 bucks cheaper delivered than I could buy here for a pair.
Cheers

You seem to live on one of the main thoroughfares north to south, so I'll make sure I give you a 'hoy' next time I passing through.
Enjoy your time here mate and feed off the acres of info available from our ever-helpful Members.
