Well done Rob. You should try the bike speakers, I love them on my wing and will be fitting some to my ST.

Great review thanks BT.   The Beemer speakers are great and I use them, rather than sending music into my helmet.    (Note to self....   Turn music/radio down when passing through a town to avoid winding up the locals)

Thanks Rob. Very informative. I haven't tried my speakers. They are not highly rated on the k1600 forums.

The shakers are LLLLLLOOOOOOUUUUUUDDDDDD. Easily audible even on the freeway. I'm not sure I'd use them much, fearing I'd attract too much attention... and wouldn't want the public to hear any [rare] phone calls I have.

Great review mate, thanks for sharing it with us :thumbsup

How do you find the tyre wear so far?   (If I remember correctly StinkyPete found his BMW wears through tyres faster the the ST)

Just turn your phone off and enjoy the ride. After the first (and last) phone call I took on the bike I got 500 metres down the road and couldn't remember how I got there. No more phone calls for me.
