Hi all,
With the Edithburgh RTE cancelled due to lockdown (thankfully given the weather) and with restrictions now eased, is anyone up for a ride and meal Sunday Lunchtime, somewhere near Adelaide?
The weather is predicted to be not great instead of awful.
Destination may end up being where we can get some seats with the current restrictions.
Let me know.
Cheers

Unfortunately I can't do this Sunday........
-
I'd be interested.
-
Unfortunately I have family commitments this weekend so I will be out. Great idea though
-
Not looking encouraging, I will keep on eye on happenings

If anybody is interested in this still, my tentative destination is the Palmer Hotel. The outlook is for showers easing, 50% chance of up to 1mm, 15 degrees. But more rain through the hills to get there. Let me know ASAP so I can book. They look to have a good menu.

Hi Michael, if this gets legs, put me down. I took the ST out for a run with a mate on a Beemer to Sedan today. He led and we went via Harrogate and dirt roads then a goat track (he has some flash harry GPS and forgot to turn off dirt roads or some such thing). The old girl did a bit of slipping and sliding but didn't disgrace herself. It was the first ride on the ST for a couple of months - they really are a great bike.

I'm in.

Due to COVID restrictions, the earliest for lunch is at 1.30.
So meet at 1.00 for 1.30, booking for 4.

Had a nice lunch in Palmer Hotel, our 4 turned into 5, with John g bringing his mate Kim along. The pub was able to squeeze him in for lunch as well, despite the occupancy being down to a quarter of normal numbers.
It was great weather, no rain despite the forecast.
