Title: Have I Been a Naughty Boy???

Noticed this little yellow square the other day, does this mean I've been a naughty boy and copped a yellow card?  :think1

So what are the green stars, as seen above Brock's avatar? Stars (like the gold ones - which I rarely got in primary school) from the teacher but in this case from perhaps Greta Thunberg or Bob Brown?
