Hi guys just wandering if anyone has fitted rear leds in the taillights I've heard you can buy some made with built in resistors. Any ideas anyone?
-
I have been using them for about five years now. Much brighter than filament bulbs. Plenty available here.

Its only the indicators you need to worry about, as just LED bulbs will mess up the flash rate. You can get an electronic flasher can that can correct that. The brakes wont matter, as there is no canbus/BCM to worry about.

Hi Brock I bought a set of leds from stedi lights down here in vic and fitted them but the brake lights were on permanently if I took one out the other would work OK the same if I put the oem globe in with 1 led then they worked OK but not with 2 leds

Yeah, LED lights can do strange things. You have to be careful to put them in the right way round as well. They can light up at lower voltages than standard bulbs..
I wonder if Superior Vision bulbs will do the job, they are well engineered for sensitive systems.

Cheers brock will have a look at those and I'll double check i put them in the right way
