The last couple of time I've ridden my ST the clutch has been feeling a bit "off".
I was pulling the lever basically right back to the handlebar before it would disengage.
So, last week I decided to do something about it...
After making sure I had plenty of brake fluid I crawled around on the floor unbolting the left lower fairing. At this point I realised I'm really getting too old for this....lol.
Anyhow, to cut a long story short, after removing all the old fluid I then flushed fresh fluid through a number of times.
After bleeding any bubbles out it's all back working as it should. Woohoo! :runyay

I have no trouble getting on the floor to work on the bike, but once there I cant change position or get up without pain and effort..

Gotta agree with both of you- getting down on the concrete and then getting up again, are tough. Having the strength in the arthritic fingers to grip things comes next in the list of complaints!

I really can relate...I got down there and all of a sudden something grabbed in my side which, excuse the pun, floored me....lol.
I just had to lay there flat out on my back until the pain subsided...
Ahhh, the joys of getting old! :thumbsup
