Title: goodbye carrelli

Hello everyone.
I thought I would pop in to say carrelli was sold on the weekend.
Only took two day's on gum boot once I was finally committed to letting him go.
Bitter sweert really because we have been together since 2005. Done many many miles together. I Only let him down a couple of times due to poor maintenance, namely the lower bypass hoses whilst on the way to brissy, which at the time, I was doing every working day.. a total of 1000km's a week.
Second time was a battery, where I learnt how much strength was required to roll an st onto the back of a landcruiser... with the help of a suitable embankment.

Loved sitting at speed for hour upon hour, taking in the rapidly passing scenery as if things were in slow motion.
Remembering everything.
What a reliable and capable bike..156k and still as willing as ever to torque up and go, without fuss.

So! Thanks everyone for the past chats and comraderie.
Meet you on the road some day.
I will probably be on a ducati, or an mv, so you might not recognise me.. but I will wave anyway.

Hey mate, sold the beautiful yellow st2 a little while back. Dogs nuts never looked so good heh heh
Only got the 996 and the F4 750 MV gracing the man cave now.
My st 1100 went to Eudlo so you might still see him about.
I'll be sure to stop for a chat if I see you out and about,
