Hi there,
I am a newbie to the forum despite having joined back in Feb 2012.
I have a red ST1300 which has been tinkered with various "improvements" - manual cruise control, LED brake lights, LED driving lights, 12v accessory outlet, etc. One thing I'd love to do next is to change the exhaust to something with throaty growl eg Two Brothers. It will be my next project.
But don't get to ride much with other aspects my life that is taking priority so the bike is collecting fair amount of dust.
My wife and I do enjoy going on a leisurely ride occassionally.
I live in Sydney and intended to ride to work but the traffic is so bad most of the time it is far easier and relaxing to take public transport. (The bike is too wide to travel between vehicles). May be I need to get a commuter bike :-)
Safe riding..........

Hi Postie,
There are a few of us who live in your area (Castle Hill and Scheyville). We will keep you in the loop next time we go for a ride. I too have a red ST1300 so I will keep an eye out for you on the road.
Cheers

Hi Postie, welcome to the mad house. I have two (dogs) bros carbine cans on my 1300. Big difference in weight and sound. I thing it breaths a lot better or maybe it's just the noise.
Cheers :blk13

Welcome to the "Mentally Creative"(insane) funny farm from SA

Hi Postie, welcome to the funny farm. I got the distinct impression, the last time I drove in Sydney, that the roads aren't actually wide enough for anyone...especially if there is a truck or bus anywhere on the horizon!.
Cheers
