Keith,
A lovely part of the world. April 2011 we did a quick drive around in that general area from London. Loved Boscastle, did you stop there and Port Isaac?
For those Doc Martin fans, Port Isaac is where it is/was filmed

Hi Glen been to Boscastle and Port Isaac but not this time it is a lovely part of the country and quite a bit of history to look at. 8)
Already planning to go back probably next year Tintagel was a nice place to stay http://www.cornwalls.co.uk/Tintagel/ (http://www.cornwalls.co.uk/Tintagel/) .
And the roads around Cornwall are great fun on a bike. :law

I wouldn't worry so much about mentioning the wing on here as we have a couple of cloned ST's on here. Plus you have an 1100 anyway.
Nothing wrong in taking the wing where you did, true it's a little larger than an 1100 but once under way the weight, like on the 1100 disappears. ( I saw you My MC comments)

Visited Tintagel back when we had friends in Exeter.
A real eye-opener for us Aussies to see the history you guys have on your doorstep.
We've got the better climate, so I guess one can't have everything.
Oh, and we can do FarRides without having to go around in circles (except for the Taswegians, but that's another story).

Absolutely awesome pics Keith! :thumbsup
History abounds in you photos and you've quite a talent as a photographer.
If you've more pics of trips - I'm sure we'd all love a gander!
Thanks for posting.

Lived just outside Yeovil for a while, and spent many a happy childhood holiday in Loo and Polpero and Falmouth and St Austell. Truly a magnificent part of the country, beautiful scenery and the best Mead in the world!!!! :beer
Great pics, glad you had a good time...lucky bugger! :well :wink1
