Cant say I'm too keen on the double-sided tape to hold the 1300 version on, looks a bit agricultural to me!
-
I have seen them and it apparently It is industrial grade tape, so not going anywhere....

The cat's eyes....lol, I think Honda also put them there to reduce pressure on the OEM screen which is why I bought my after market screen with them in. each to there own, but I think that lip thing look ugly destroys the smooth lines of the bike.

I use a laminar lip with the standard screen for years. It does work well in smoothing the air, and the bike seemed a bit more stable in rough air. On the taller and wider screen I now have the lip would get in the way too much, but don't seem to need it.

Alan, my bike is definitely ugly then, not only do i have the laminar lip but also those great big spotties coming out over the top of the mirrors, oh well at least we all know they are great to ride :thumb :thumbs

Tried one, but it ended up in the tip. Some say they work but for me all that buffetting no matter where the Lip was positioned just sucked. So in the tip it went. Windsield cut right down = zero buffeting and better handling.
And Spotties over the mirrors look kool. Well they do on my bike :thumbs
