Forgot that eh
Its an OZTrail Tasman 4V Plus Dome and you can get em on Ebay for around the $130 dollar mark with free delivery.
Forgot to say that the whole of the interior besides the zips and floor is mesh???? and that is terrific when the weathers a bit warm

I think I will give it a try at that price.  We worry a bit more about keeping out the rain and cold down here :)

Same tent that we bought and used on the Border run attempt. But I found I had to remove six inches off of the fly pole to get it to fit.

Yeah that pole at the front is a bit of a stretch, but I'm a big prick so I just pushed real hard :rofl
How did the tent go, theirs a heap of room in em and that bit at the front  just looks the best for all the gear

They do have a standard dome tent in the same size which we used to have until the fly got ripped apart in a storm last year.

Plenty of room in this one for two people plus gear. It seems like a mansion compared to my smaller 3 person dome tent which I would use when on my own and prefer for overnight stops.

Have to agree with everything you say. My old 3 person  is nothing compared to this mansion and it has twice as much room and goes up in the same amount of time :thumbs :runyay

Well, if you must sleep with your bike........there's another exit/entrance at the rear of the tent as well.

My God man! I'm appalled!!!      :eek

First - a Statesman!  Now this!!!!!!!        :eek :eek

Next you'll be buying a camping microwave oven & 12v coffee machine!!!!!       :p

Good score mate - another great reason to check out some of those 'remote' places in your "Camps 2012' Road Atlas.

Hope you're coming out to Boonah this weekend.       :thumbsup

Cheers, Diesel

Mate trying to make the Boonah deal after the bike show??
Don't need a Microwave cause a few sausages in tin foil wedged into that opening where the rockers are works really well for warming/cooking things up and a good Stainless steel thermos is the go for the Ahhhhhhhhh Latte

Diesel, nothing wrong with ST owners who also have statesmans :)  Not sure about Latte drinkers though

Careful Terry, I see a sense of humour (with a touch of irony) creeping in.....
