Interesting.................so where's the Shoei X Eleven, hey :well come on, what's the excuse!!
I must admit though........that "Shark" is a nice helmet!

When I got my licence, many years ago. The instructor said "if you like your head get an expensive helmet. $100 helmet, $100 head.
Get the drift?
I'm still saving for my Shoei.

I got my Shark Evoline from a place in Parramatta for $350 about 1 year ago. From memory the place is called Action Motorcycles. Don't know what they're going for now but maybe worth a look if anyone's in the market.
Good luck,
Dave

I got my shark from Action as well. At full price it is the same as Arais and Shoeis etc, so it is not a cheap helmet by any means. Also better to have a newer cheaper helmet than an older expensive one if crash performance matters.

After having a look at Dave's Shark Evoline helmet a few weekends ago at the get-together up at King's Park, then having my BMW Systems 5 written off a week later :'(
I was looking around for a replacement helmet and found a nice, new Shark Evoline Series 2 at 'The Helmet Shop' in Victoria Park last weekend. :grin
Only correct size in the shop and it is shiney white as well - price was $549.95 - very comfortable fit and considerably less than the $840 the BMW helmet cost me 4 years ago. :wink1
Already fitted with my new MT Interphone - all that is needed now is my ribs to heal and to get the parts of the ST back from the paint shop :thumbsup
