Title: UK bike venue
Post by: alphafang on October 02, 2012, 09:32:53 AM
Just thought I would put a few shots of the local bike meet venue.
This is the scene at Squires Cafe most weekends during the summer.
Notice that cars are banned and have to park in the field opposite...... :thumbsup

Some really nice bikes turn up, but just occasionally someone out does us all

This guy turned up with his lady had a coffee then flew on to the coast.....must be nice.

Even more astounding Keiths pics are in Wales. The national flower isn't a Leek without reason.. :wink1
Is that an 1100 tank cover on the trike? looks like a Reliant engine.

Looks like a great turn up (and boy does that GOLD ST1100 look sweet sitting there).

Do you ever get to Rykas cafe? I keep hearing about the huge gatherings they get have their.  I remember seeing a short movie in the early '80s called 'Sunday at Rykas', there was some great footage of bikes on their way to the cafe with a soundtrack by The Police. I've tried to find a copy on DVD but apparently the BBC haven't ever released it. Bit of a shame really as it is interesting viewing.
