Title: from Southport Tasmania to Darwin - IBA

I recently completed a ride under the Ironbutt Association (IBA) conditions from the bottom of Tasmania to the Top End finishing in Darwin, here is a link to the report on the IBA Australia forum:

I didn't do much, just threw him the keys to my bike and gave him directions so he could go get the bits he needed  :)

Mate I'll get on the band wagon and say Well Done even though I knew of the ride for bloody ages :rofl
Still think your a sook for not swimming Bass Straight and not doing the ride on  a Postie bike but theirs always next time.
Yeah Roos suck as I hit one as you know coming out of Orbost and it does make you look harder.
So now a new bike, and with lots of places to put the gear, I can't wait to check it out. Oh and I bet yah you adveraged 85kays an hour all up not 75 :crackup :crackup :crackup

That is a truly inspiring ride. Some pretty awesome terrain differences between Tassie and Tenant Creek!
