Title: How to pick up a fallen bike
Post by: Marcus on November 17, 2012, 09:34:32 PM
So I was at Dan's place today and thought we'd make a quick vid on how to pick up one of these bad boys, as we've all found out they weigh the same as a small car. So for any new members who are new to the ST's here how to do it easily

Excellent demo Marcus, thanks, I think I might have to try this out a few times in the safety of my garage...with a big hefty mate nearby just in case!  :wink1

Having stepped off my GL1500 without putting the side stand down I learnt the hard way how well this method works.

Yep, me too.  I've only put mine down once, within a couple of months of having her, and had an audience so also had plenty of help to pick her up. Often wondered if it would be possible to do by myself.    :-++ :-++ :-++ :-++
