Yet another duplicated post, Biggles posted this thismorning.
-
I've noticed there are a lot of duplicated posts. Perhaps we should have a single thread for youtube and funnies rather than a section, so that all videos, jokes pictures etc can be seen by everyone in one place.

Well I posted mine in the Videos section, until there is a Training section or a Youtube section.
It also pays to do a little search on things before posting, I've found.

If everyone used the new posts since last visit button under their user name, they wouldnt miss anything, and wouldnt have to trawl thruogh all the areas to try find new stuff.

I do hit the unread posts button.
But I dont remember seeing a thread with "1950's B&W motorcycle video worth watching", or something pertinent.
Obviously, the number of "Hey! Look at this new video of a guy falling off a pier" indicates the site might need a tweak on how youtube videos and the like get organised.
One click, many pages of funnies ALL in one thread. Much like so. Not safe for work, FYI http://cbr250.com/forum/thread-22.html (http://cbr250.com/forum/thread-22.html) It keeps the reposts down to a minimum.
I just think it is a far better idea than having to trawl through the entire forum reading every thread just so you *might* discover something worthwhile.

Well gents & ladies, we don't have to many repeated posts, there is no perfect way to organiser posts and threads, everything ticks along ok, thanks for the suggestion, we might have to look at a you tube section.
Hardest part is to get everyone to call things by the same name....I think the motorcycle threads all had different names, it's not worth stressing about to much :thumbsup
