Yep - but looks like the record for most number of OzSTOC shirts photographed together (which currently stands at three) could be safe n sound with the banana benders.    :P

We are still getting the new shop built, you can email me at streak@ozstoc.com, give me your size, what name you would like embroidered, address, I will get it done and mailed to you, shirts are $37 including standard postage, if you want overnight, it will be a touch more :), you can either paypal, or direct deposit.

Post by: BigTed on September 16, 2011, 12:51:23 PM
Ok - I'll ask: what does a "touch more"  for overnight equate to?

If the order is placed today, with lettering - how long will it take? I may be at the back also.

ok gents it works like this

1 Shirt, with patch attached, with your name or nickname Embroidered in the Orange Colour of OzSTOC on the other side with standard postage is $37 dollars, we allow $6 for postage in the price it covers it most of the time, if you need it overnight, whatever the difference is (usually 2 or 3 dollars) just goes on top, we dont profit from this, we just cover costs.

if you are after one till we get the shop back up and running email me at Streak@ozstoc.com

Picture of shirt is below with sizing:

Just to let you know guys, I got mine some time ago and they are really good quality and they look great. I've had several people comment on how good they look.

Thought I'd post this as the picture doesn't do them justice.

See you all at Beverly.

I live in Midland, is there anyone, who also lives east, who wants to meet up somewhere central and we can ride as a group?

Dave

i'll be finding my way from safety bay, i think i'll have to go via armadale? then brookton hwy? anyone know how long that may take?

Cheers

Kev (tas)

Kev, Google maps says 114 kms 1 hr 53 mins from Armadale and whereis says 114 kms 1 hr 23 mins. I would think whereis is closer to the mark. Rob and I plan to meet up somewhere to ride up together. Although I have yet to discuss details with Rob my thoughts are to meet at MacDonalds in Armadale at 10 for a leisurely ride up so if you would like to join us I will let you know once I have confirmed this with Rob.

Kev,
Just confirmed with Rob that we will meet at Armadale McDonalds at 10 for a 10:15 departure. If you are coming from Safety Bay I would assume you will come up the Kwinana Freeway. There are several ways on getting across to Armadale with Armadale Rd being slightly longer but simply a right turn off the freeway. If coming up Armadale Rd for MacDonalds just after the railway level crossing close to Armadale take the second right (immediately after a park with a lake) into Church Ave then first left into into Jull St and you are there. Church Ave is about 16kms down Armadale Rd from the freeway.
Please let us know if you plan on meeting us. My mobile is 041 2305 633.
Any one else from the south is welcome to join us.

Brilliant Result!

you certainly blew us out of the water!

even the food looked better than ours, the shirts look brilliant as well!

we have to get the Tassie blokes on board now!

We already did that, Kev was there too... :)

So we get the first interstate visitor at a first RTE, and the first interstate visitor at an RTE.

Thats three records in a day.

So that means four first for an RTE...

And now my head is starting to hurt.

Tried to post earlier but lost my connection.
Had a great day. 273 kms, can now put several more faces to names on the forum, home safe and 99% of the bugs cleaned off the ST only need to clean the helmet now.
Those three Harleys passed Kev and myself at a great rate when we were still in the 50 zone in York. Once they got to the 110 zone they were all over the place from 90 to 110. I got feed up with them and when finally got a broken line changed into 5th as I pased the lead Harley at 3 figures mph. After that back to 110 to 120 until a couple of maybe unkown white Sts appeared in the my mirrors. Dave and Brocks speedos calibration appear a little differnet to mine :) .
Ray thanks for organising the day.

Speaking of such things at 110 on my GPS my speedo is showing just under 120 so there is quite a difference there  :-\

OK, now that I can finally log on to the site I will put up a post!!!!!

Thanks to all for turning up yesterday in your T-Shirts.
8 ST's, 8 riders, 8 OzSTOC shirts
What more can I say, but you easties need to lift your game! ::) ::)
I won't mention anything about a pillion not wearing the correct attire or the Kawasaki rider either. ( But we nearly had her convinced to sell it and get an ST by the end of lunch ).
Might have to organise another one soon.

PS, Brock: everyone knows RED ST's are faster!

I just got this E-Mail from the owner of the Beverley Hotel:

Sorry I did not get a chance to talk to you but I went off to another function for lunch that day, I will pass on your comment the the kitchen staff. Perhaps your group may be interested in comming back for an overnight stay in the future. I offer for groups of 12 or more for $55 per head, accomodation, set menu evening meal with three choices and garlic bread for starters and a bbq breakfast in the morning

CheersJohn

Might be worth keeping in mind for the future for an overniter?
