Hi all,
I've been lingering a couple of months in the forums, been on a RTE to with some of the fellow OzSTOC SE Qld'rs which sold me on getting an ST.
Seeing everyone casually getting off their ST's and walking NORMALLY into the bar for food and drinks while the sports bike riders and me on my CB stretched, adjusted, spanked those muscles back into life and hopefully didn't fall over on the first step made me realise there's something special about those STeads.
With the help, advise and slight push from the fellow members I got a bike from Mackay and rode it back down to Brisbane and haven't regreted it in the slightest.
OH... introductions.... my name is Robert, started riding a Kwaka GPX250 approx 13years ago, took a long break from riding then came back in 2011 with a new CB400 and now the 03 ST1300 in a cruisin silver colour. Lived in southern Brisbane most of my life, but have also lived north side for a couple of years and born in Sydney.
See you on the next RTE.
Rob.

Welcome Rob. I think you will end up living in Perth as you seem to be following around just 20 years behind. I grew up Sydney, lived in Arkose St Eight Mile Plains, owned a Kawasaki GPZ 250 (lovely bike) and now live i Perth with an ST 1300
