With the upcoming rally in March and with some coming across from the west the first time I thought it would nice to let them see a little of the trip.

Top notch report, Alan! :-++
Great pix and very well linked into the maps!
Enough to make me want to do the ride soon. But not in Summer, thank you. I'll leave that to you. :)

Very good :thumbs I only have recent pictures to Border Village and back, but will see if I have some from the early 80s (without me in them!) when I went the whole way and back

Awesome. Doesn't look as boring as I thought it would be

Even in summer it can get cold along there, especially at night. But the cooler months are better as the flies only just bother you instead of trying to carry you away.

I wouldn't say it was boring either, but the 146km straight between Caiguna and Balladonia would test anybody I think.

I've ridden the Nullarbor once and driven it twice. I loved every kilometer.....

What a wonderful report. Great photos. Thank you for sharing.
This is inspiring, as are all the riders coming to Middleton from a long, long way away.
I have only put about 4000 kms on my Wyvern dragon (red 1300) since I bought him from Desty (Qld).
Those coming from faraway will double that! I need to put more kms on Wyvern. Looking forward to it!

Heather hasn't done the Nullarbor by bike yet and wants to. So it looks like another trip across sometime within the next year.
