Repco ROF 135, $7.00 OEM is about 5 times that. Works well.

What oil do you recommend ?

I use Castrol Activ 4T  in my Triumph and CB750

I was going to use this in the ST 1100  also so I may buy a 20 ltr drum and get one oil change for free  :think1

Seriously, if it works in your Trumpy and CB750, it'll be fine in the ST11.
So long as it's around 10W-40 and doesn't have friction modifiers (which will make your wet clutch slip) then it won't harm the engine.  Mineral oils are fine, no need to buy top quality synthetics.  You can read heaps about it in the Forum.

I use Activ 4T with no problems at all, have done on all my bikes in the last 15yrs or so, it would take a lot to convince me to change
