Title: Pacific Coast PC800
Post by: Webby on December 14, 2011, 09:59:26 PM
Hi Guys
This may seem a little strange, however I am wondering if anyone has ever come across a Honda Pacific Coast PC800. They seem like an interesting bike and I would love to find out if any were ever imported into Australia. I would love to get my hands on a "doer upper".
Thanks Webby

It doesn't look hopeful, according to wiki it was made for the states.

until it gets proven otherwise.
It's like anything, you investigate as much as you can, make up your own mind from there.
There were bikes in New Zealand that never came to Australia, and vice versa.
Like with the car market there are models and variations that you will never see here, hence never buy a Jap import as the spare parts aren't supported in Australia. Not all parts cross over.

I have only ever seen one in the flesh, and that was in Paris France. It was ahead of its time as a touring scooter type concept.
