A big welcome to you Stu from the East.
You have chosen an awesome bike but I am surprised that there was any contemplation at all, you got the "Trophy" when you purchased the ST13.
I am surprised that you have already started the farming proces with the new pipes, so I gues that it won't be long before we see the gps, UHF, spotties, extra-illumination, heated grips, BT, DVD player, 20" TV, you know.......the sort of things we add in the east?   o:)
Once again, a huge welcome

Winston66,
Well you asked the question, Its a Kumo 205 /50Z R17 93w XL running at 35 Psi, so far 2500 Klms.
I have just got back from a trip to Perth  980 klms. and did not know the trailer was attached, except for the boring 100 klm. speed limit.
Needless to say there were some sections that were up to 120 and that was a bit of a relief the trailer seemed to stablise the ride and it felt very sure footed especially through the twisties.
I feel very confident of the Kumo especially on the cornering and it certainly is sure footed with its huge contact patch.
The other pictures are of my latest toy, Which I was very happy to try out on that trial run.
Cheer to all.

Well Winston, now you have shown the trailer where can I get one or plans, details, etc. Good to see it is using a decent size tyres, not them silly little alloy things off wheel barrows.

winston6 :hatwave :think16,
Hi STeveo ,just noticed you comment, thanks for your kind words re the trailer.
This was one of my latest projects and it was inspired by someone posting a video called The Idaho Bed Roll Trailer.
I was intreaged  by that builders concept, but decided to modify his ideas in order to suit my needs as I saw them .
Subsequently the floor does not fold upwards into the internal cargo space ,but it is in two pieces and the front section slides forwards and or backwards over the rear portion, this gives an extended internal length suitable for a bed of 2 meters and a separate rear luggage storage area of 40 cm for stuff or as I use it a small galley etc .
I am in the process of documenting the ideas and the build process with some pictures and hopefully I will complete this within the next few weeks , and this will be available if anyone was interested.
Cheers to all,
Winston66, Northampton

Hey, Winston66, I like your work! If you are going to document this "camper" (what else would you call it?), I for one would be very interested.

Blackduck, sorry if your thread has been hi-jacked.... I'm jealous because I don't have a new bike, but I'm working on it.

Yes Bluey, I will be doing a blog on this build, I have already replied  in some detail to STevo about this you might be able to find the thread, if not please keep in touch, I guess that it will take me a few weeks to assemble all the relevant data as I have to learn how to run the computer in the meantime as well.
Cheers,
