G'day all, I recently joined the group after reading the forums for a while. I'm from sunny and cold Queensland but have lived up and down the east coast over the years. I currently ride a 2004 build ST1300A, blue of course, and have made a few improvements with the aid of a couple of ram mounts.
I started off with a 250 Virago and jumped straight to a 95 ST1100P and rode solo to the GP at Phillip Island 6 weeks later. Sold the bike after a major knee reconstruction and though I would never ride again. Had to prove the doctors wrong. Next was a 2002 ST1100A which left with the change in personal circumstances. Now on the 13 and loving it. Ride to work in Brisbane most days and go for a group ride to Canberra in September each year. (Timing not my choice).
Had a great time at the RTE at Esk last month and looking forward to many more.

Welcome Sean.
This is the place to know about ST's. There are guys here know more than Mr Honda himself.
(Their are a couple that old too, me thinks. :rofl :rofl :rofl)

Yeah, had a blue '04 myself. Needed a faster one, so got a red ST13 on a trade.
If you lurked for a while and still decided to join, then you qualify on the grounds of insanity.
Welcome to the asylum. We have the keys...

G'day Sean - great to meet you out at Esk.
Glad you've jumpeed aboard and set sail with the Club.
We've planned many such outings this year, so pick and choose the ones you can make.
You probably have already seen some of the advice and info on offer here - worth the price of registering just for that! lol
Enjoy !
Cheers, Diesel

Well, well, well - three holes in the ground. I seem to remember a bloke named Sean sending me bloody annoying Emails at work making some outlandish accusations about my alter ego. Was that you?
Gidday SOD (Work nickname) u going to the wall again this year? Have a contingent from up here already planning. You will also meet some of the guys here on the ride also if they can get away.
Now the fun starts...... :nahnah

Tackleberry,
It seems that you have me confused with another person. I have not heard that name or nickname before. I have been to visit the black dog but never went to wall, no thanks to my A******* of bosses. Never get over managements believe they are god. But still kicking, Never let the B******* get you down and out.
Never be embarrassed to have met the dog, the embarrasment is not asking for help. Not always easy, but always necessary.
