Does anyone know what this is?  I got the pic from a mate about a year ago, posted on Facebook and searched through all the gadget sites I could find. I figure with the depth of knowledge and expertise within the ranks of OzSTOC, someone should know. Please help, its driving me a bit around the twist not knowing. The key is just there for scale I believe. :think1

Based on that first picture only "it's a key" durrrrr !!   :o

And if you moved that other bit of metal junk out of the way you could see it properly  :whistle

Its simple really
Its a thingy-ma-jig for a watch-a-ma-call it that goes on a whose-e-what's-it around the do-hicky.
I had one but the wheels fell off so I modified it into a "that'll do ya"  :beer
And it was working well until someone stole it......   :|||| :law
