Does anybody know how I can customise or make my own emocion and save it to the ones on the post page, Is this possible?

Unable to update the links for the gifs

One way is to up load them to photobucket or similar and put the link in your post. As with any online storage place if you move or delete something the link gets broken to the post etc that it was linked to.

Do a Google search for gif editors That should give you what you want.

As for loading here, you would need to send it to me or Diesel to do that.

Is there some limit to how many emoticons are available in the Forum at any given time?
I only ask because it seems when a new one is added, an old one is lost.

Yep.  It was the basic Smiley that we used to have.  Now it's a choice of a blue faced wink or a green face full of teeth.
