I thought after over six months of joining the site I should fess up and say Gday.

I never wanted to be an ST rider. Honest. I just thought the ST1100 would be an easy, comfortable way to go from a 250 to a larger bike suitable for my daily 75km round trip commute, and the occasional weekend jaunt with wifey. So that was the plan - grab an ST1100, get used to it, and think about what sort of bike I really wanted. The world was happy for the last several months.
Then, somehow, I wound up at Manheims recently, and left with a relatively shiny 08 1300PA :) Not sure what happened there, but after riding the new beast for a week or so, I'm hooked! Finished playing with the cool uppy-downy windscreen thing, and now to start looking into the mods. First off better be a back seat for the fun minister, then we'll see :)

Anyway, Gday - hope to see some of y'all round some time.
And thanks to whoever left the card on my old bike a couple of weeks back - appreciate the reminder of this site :thumb

Only asked as I like to hear of members joining as a result of me dropping a card on their bike.

Anyone putting their hand up for dropping a card on STeamroller's bike ?
