I went up to Bathurst today to see progress on my outfit. It is pretty exciting as Sean has the chasis well underway and the components of the new front end have been made. Just waiting on the actual body of the sidecar to arrive from its maker and then he can start to put the pieces together. Small photo in my avatar shows the state of things. I will try to post some more photos when I have some time. Looking forward to getting on the road and meeting some OzSTocers!

These were taken in Sean's workshop today. You can see the chasis beside the ST and the leading link legs are under it on the bench.

G'day Woffo,
Interesting project. Just curious, is the work being done privately or in a motorcycle workshop in Bathurst?
I live in Bathurst and it's handy to know of mechanics with this type of expertise in my area.

Hi Tony,
The bike is at SRK Engineering, owned and operated by Sean Kelly, in Bathurst. He does all types of engineering and metal fabrication but has a particular interest in sidecars. He races them as well as building them. He knows a lot about how to set them up and has a very informative website if you want to look into them further.
